This combination product contains two active ingredients: trandolapril and verapamil. Trandolapril belongs to the class of medications called ACE inhibitors. Trandolapril works by relaxing blood vessels and helping the heart pump more efficiently. This combination medication is used to treat mild-to-moderate high blood pressure (hypertension).
