Tilcotil is usually applied to relieve pain and reduce inflammation that can be caused by the following medical conditions: rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, muscle injuries such as sprains or tendonitis, bursitis, characterized by pain and swelling in a joint, shoulder hand syndrome, characterized by inflammation in the shoulder area, degenerative joint disease, menstrual cramps, and gout. Tilcotil can also be administered after surgery to control the disease.
